How to Prepare for Your Direct Transmission™ Channeling Session
This is a trance channeling session, where Gabriella channels — or “becomes” — your Guides. You will quite literally be having a conversation with them!
Please know: there is no need to be nervous. Your Guides are funny, lively, warm, and helpful. Their guidance is tangible, wise, and often very practical.
How the Session Works
At the beginning of the session, Gabriella will greet you and briefly explain what to expect. She will then guide you through a short meditation and call in your Spirit Guides.
After that, the rest of the session is a direct conversation between you and your Guides.
This means you will ask your questions out loud, one at a time, and your Guides will respond through Gabriella.
Your Role in the Session
During the session, you will act as both the moderator and the receiver.
This means you are responsible for guiding the conversation by asking your prepared questions. Please wait for your Guides to respond to a question before asking the next one.
You do not need to ask your questions perfectly. Just speak naturally. You can clarify, respond, or ask follow-up questions as the conversation unfolds. Your Guides are very warm and friendly — so as long as you’re respectful, all will go well!
Before Your Session
Please come prepared with 8–12 questions for your Guides.
This is essential, because you will be leading the conversation once the channeling begins. The more prepared you are, the deeper and more focused the session can be!
It’s helpful to group your questions by theme, such as:
Career & Work
Business, purpose, professional direction, next steps.
Love & Relationships
Romantic relationships, family, friendships, soul connections, relationship patterns.
Mission & Purpose
Your soul path, intuitive gifts, healing work, spiritual development.
Personal Growth
Patterns, fears, blocks, decisions, life transitions, or areas where you want clarity.
These are just examples. Your session can cover one topic or many. It’s completely up to you!
Give Context Before Asking
Rather than firing off questions quickly, please remember: this is a conversation.
Speak to your Guides as you would a mentor, teacher, or wise friend you deeply respect.
It is very helpful to give a little context before each question.
For example:
“As you know, I’m currently working as a consultant at [Company]. I’m feeling unsure about whether I should stay in this field or move in a new direction. My question is…”
Or:
“I’ve been navigating a difficult dynamic with my partner. I’d love to understand what I’m meant to learn from this.”
This helps the conversation feel more natural, grounded, and specific.
Closing the Session
This part is very important.
Five minutes before your appointment end time, please thank your Guides, close the session, and invite Gabriella back in.
All you need to say is:
“Thank you. Our time is now up. I want to say goodbye to you now, and call Gabriella back to her body.”
This is imperative. It helps close the channeling space clearly, and allows Gabriella to return fully. It will take Gabriella a few minutes to return “fully”, so please give her time.
Gabriella has conducted many of these sessions, so this is a very familiar and comfortable process for her. Closing the session simply ensures that the experience feels clear, grounded, and complete for everyone.
After Your Session
After the session, you may want to journal, take a walk, or simply sit quietly with what came through. There is a light “energy transfer” with channeling, so please drink lots of water.
The insights from this session are meant to unfold over time, so you do not need to understand everything immediately. You may find that certain messages become clearer in the days, weeks, or months after your session.
The insights from this session are relevant for about 3–5 months, if not longer. Because of this, having one of these sessions per quarter is ideal (no more).
