Yin Yoga & Channeled Messages from Spirit
Join me for a deeply restorative experience that weaves the stillness of yin yoga with the wisdom of the Spirit world. As you rest in gentle poses, I will share channeled messages from our Spirit Guides — offering insight on love, our purpose, human evolution, and any insights your Spirit team wishes to share.
This class is an invitation to slow down, open your heart, and reconnect with the unseen support all around you. You’ll leave feeling recentered, renewed, and attuned to your own inner guidance.
