A channeled message on energy healing

I channeled this message after an intense energy healing session with my coaching group and felt called to share it.

Dear Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides, can you please help us understand why energy healing can feel so intense?

If there was a robber standing in front of your store, you would not let them stay there, would you?

The process of telling him to leave would not be pleasant. He would probably grow agitated and fight. But in saying to him, “Get out! Leave once and for all!” he would be gone.

This is a process that could take five minutes or five years.

Some souls choose to do it quickly because they are so “done” with how things have been, and they are ready to move onto a fresh new chapter of their lives.

Other souls do it slowly because they are not ready to leave behind what they experience daily.

It is just like quitting smoking.

The brave man will put down his cigarettes and quit. Are there side effects? Of course! There must be. He will still have cravings and longings.

The meek man will quit for a week, then take it up again. It is always the soul’s choice in how the process is carried out.

The side effects are intense only for those who can handle it. Otherwise, they are gentle.

Healing is a personal experience. With that knowing, you are always processing exactly what you are meant to. Nothing more or less.

Whether it is fear, worry, scarcity, anger, or separation that you are processing, it does not matter. Just let it go.

A wise man does not stay in a forest of brambly bushes. He gets out as quickly as possible to find calmer terrain.

The effects may be difficult, but they are temporary. You are only getting stronger.

Do you process things on behalf of others? Sometimes. But if you wish to live fruitfully in your world, this is to be expected.

You are not at a loss in doing so! Instead, you are growing more prepared and strong-willed, so that future changes on Earth do not shake you.

We want you to be a confident warrior, not a frightened one.

It is always up to you what you process and what you bring in. The greater your dreams, the higher you have to rise to achieve them.

We urge you to know: nothing is wrong.

Do you truly believe that your Father in Jesus would banish you to an eternal Hell? It is not that!

Instead, what resembles Hell is cleansed from you, so you can more readily experience the majesties of Heaven.

Emotions like fear, greed, and suffering separate you from God. Love, joy, and trust unite.

Clean the dust off the windshield, and you shall see more clearly. Vigorously wipe the windshield clean, and you will see beauty you never noticed before.

There is no right or wrong to your paths, or to anyone else’s.

We are your Guides. We are in charge of what leaves, and when. What we can tell you is the brave ones will be rewarded.

If you experience darkness, that means it was inside of you and around you. Your soul wants not to live with it.

Let it go.

It is like a kite that will float into the breeze. Once you forget it, it is as if it never existed.

Soon, you will be able to look back on your life —the many memories from childhood and your teenage years— and you will recall them more clearly.

It is the difference between peering into a clear glass or an obstructed one.

Pain convolutes the soul, but when the darkness is lifted, Heaven awaits.

Heaven is as much a feeling as a place. It is something you can experience daily, as long as you truly believe it is there for you.

We can tell you that your experience of Heaven is based upon your own beliefs, experiences, and vibration.

Wipe clean the slate, and it shall become your regular state of being.

If you did not feel eternal love before, you can feel it now. If you questioned yourself before, now those questions will cease.

Do not resist growing pains. It is your soul, ready to leap into its next phase of life and love.

You will never regret leaving behind what was not meant for you in the first place.
