I asked my Spirit Guides why my past lives were so intense

This was their response: 

Your soul wanted the full human experience. 

You wanted to connect with people from all over the world; to adventure and travel. 

Your soul wanted to revel in the richness of the Earth and develop a deep connection to nature. 

Your soul wanted to be able to look into the eyes of your clients when they’re going through something hard, and genuinely say, “I know how you feel”. 

Your soul wanted to have a caring and giving heart, so that you would never give up on making the world a better place. 

Your soul wanted to experience it all — the highs, the lows, and everything in between — so you could be an influential teacher and healer. 

Their response helped me stop thinking “why me”… and instead think: “how lucky I am to have experienced so much”. 

All of our experiences - the highs AND lows - are like gold for our soul’s evolution. Everything is a gift, if you can learn to see it.
