My POV on what New Earth leadership looks like

I think New Earth leadership will be much “messier”. Not messy in terms of chaotic - but messy in terms of being vulnerable. 

Leaders will be a lot more honest with where they are & how they’re doing. 

Feelings of imposter syndrome will decrease… because people will feel permission to be who they truly are. 

The best leaders will stay connected to their intuition and compassion, even with the rise of AI & automation. 

I think parenting will be seen as a form of leadership. For some reason, it hasn’t been yet. Rockstar parents will shine & be admired. 

I believe New Earth leadership will rid of statuses and hierarchies almost entirely. It will take time to get there, but it won’t be about your “title” anymore. 

Creativity will be on the rise. The most creative leaders will garner (well-deserved) attention. 

New Earth leaders will be humble. They’ll be the first to admit they’re made mistakes, failed, and learned from those encounters. 

New Earth leaders will invest in community. They will give back - through healing, sharing, teaching, donating, and more. 

I believe New Earth leaders will invite their children & peers into our collective mission from a young age.

I know in my heart it will.
