Healing is not fun when you’re going through it — but I would do it all over again

Despite all of the ego deaths, the troubles, the purging, the pain… I would do it again because I’m so proud of who I have become.

Because of my healing journey, I am so much more embodied, present, purposeful, mission-driven, kinder, and more inspired than I used to be.

My healing has unlocked my greatest gifts, my deepest potential, and allowed me to build a sustainable business that I can live on for the rest of my life.

What I’ve learned over time is: things change, we change, life changes with us. Nothing is set in stone, but if you can become proud of who you are, and get closer to who you’re destined to be in this lifetime, it’s all worth it.

After everything is said and done, you will be so proud of the person you have become, and your soul‘s journey.

So do the hard thing. Invest in yourself. Lean into your healing.

Do it for your partner, your children, the future generation… and most importantly, the future you.
